Project of Al-Sadat (Secondary and Tertiary Treatment)

Supply ,erection and testing of the following equipments for the Secondary Treatment:
- Treatment equipments :
- 2 Mechanical screens.
- 2 Final sedimentation tanks.
- 1 Blower of grit removal with flow rate ( 29.71 m3/min).
- 24 Aerators with 1.8 Kg O2/kwh.
- 2 Sludge thickener tanks.
- 3 No. of RAS pumps with capacity of each pump 165 L/S.
- 2 No. of WAS pumps with capacity of each pump 20 L/S.
- 2 No. of supernatant pumps with capacity of each pump 8L/S.
- 1 No. of dewatering pumps with capacity 10 L/S.
- One No. of emergency diesel generator, 1500 KVA.
- 2 No. of transformer,1600 KVA, voltage ( 11/0.4 KV).
- Chlorination equipments:
- 4 No. of floor cabinet gas feeder, manual & Auto, max. Capacity 20 Kg/h.
- 2 No. of microprocessor based controller.
- Ejector/ check value assembly, 2Inch flanged.
- 2 Vacuum regulators, 40 Kg/h capacity, w/a built in auto switch over and out of gas switch.
Supply ,erection and testing of the following equipments for the Tertiary Treatment:
- Screens final Sed. Tanks.
- Treatment equipments :
- 24 No. of Aerator with 1.8 kgO2/KW hour
- 2 No. of wash water feed pumps with capacity of each pump 283 L/S
- 2 No. of wash water recycle pumps with capacity of each pumps 47 L/S
- 2 No. of air blower for washing with capacity of air blower 583.3 l/S
- 2 No. of compressors with capacity of each compressor 8.5L/S
- 2 No. of dewatering pumps with capacity of each pump 10L/S
- 3 No. of thickened sludge pumps with capacity of each pump 6 L/S
- One No. of emergency diesel generator,1500 K.V.A
- 2 No. of transformer,1500 K.V.A, with voltage(11/0.4 KV)
